1. The deal
Dash Flow gives you a personal task board and focus timer for a monthly or annual fee. You get one account for your own use. Don't share logins, don't resell access, don't try to break the service for everyone else.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
3. Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. Prices are in USD and exclude any tax we're required to collect. If a payment fails, we may pause access until it clears.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and we don't pro-rate partial periods. If something is genuinely broken on our end, email us and we'll make it right.
5. Your content
Your tasks are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, sync, and display them back to you. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content to train anything.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Dash Flow online, but the service is provided as-is without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Dash Flow means you accept the updated terms.
