Privacy Policy

The short version

Dash Flow is a single-user productivity app. We store the tasks you create and the email address you sign up with. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad trackers, and we don't read your task content.

What we collect

• Your email address and authentication credentials, handled by Supabase Auth.
• Your lists, tasks, time estimates, due dates, and completed dash sessions.
• Basic subscription status from Stripe (plan, renewal date, payment state).
• Anonymous, aggregated usage counts used to keep the app running well.

What we never collect

Card numbers never touch our servers — Stripe handles payment details end to end. We don't buy data about you, and we don't build advertising profiles.

Where your data lives

Task and account data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security, so a row is only readable by the account that owns it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Processors we use

• Supabase — authentication, database, cross-device sync.
• Stripe — subscription billing and invoices.

Your controls

You can export or delete your data from inside the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your tasks and profile; billing records are retained only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
